Grants and Scholarships are awarded to organizations and individuals in any phase of the educational or rehabilitation process working to assist the blind and visually impaired.
Our chapter seeks to render all possible assistance to the promotion, development and improvement of all phases of education and rehabilitation of blind and visually impaired persons of all ages.
In the state of Michigan, members of the blind and visually impaired community are entitled to specific rights and privileges granted by state laws, guidelines, and ADA compliance.
The Michigan AER chapter works with local donors and community organizations to fund all phases of education and rehabilitation programs to assist the blind and visually impaired. Our goal is to make resources easily accessible to those who need them.
